Today's post is going to be listing the model railroad clubs that are in Nebraska, Nevada and New Hampshire. The goal of this and all of the previous posts on clubs for those who love to collect lionel trains as well as all of the numerous other types of train sets that can be found in the market. Here is the latest list of clubs:

Nebraska

Beatrice Area Railroad Enthusiasts - The name Beatrice Area Railroad Enthusiasts became a reality in August Of 2001. Jim Nutsch came up with the idea and it was approved by the members at that time. Jim thought that this name was appropriate because not all the members had model trains. The club consists of collectors, photographers, artists and people who just loved trains.

Omaha Model Railroad - News about and information for model railroaders in the Omaha / Lincoln NE - Council Bluffs IA metro area. You will find out about a lot of operating sessions, work times and special events. Many of the members of the group are either active or retired railroaders.

Nebraska-Iowa Railroaders - The Nebraska-Iowa Railroaders group was founded in April 1971 and is a not-for-profit corporation to further model railroading. It's an independent and diverse group, not associated with any national organizations. Many of our individual members do belong to various other train clubs and/or national groups.

Nevada

San Leandro Historical Railway Society - The San Leandro Historical Railway Society (SLHRS) is housed in the San Leandro depot which was built in 1898 by the Southern Pacific Railroad to replace the original depot built by the Central Pacific Railroad in 1865. The depot was officially opened in June of 1898. Construction of the HO scale model railroad display began in 1991.

New Hampshire

Connecticut Valley Model Railroad Club - The Connecticut Valley Model Railroad Club is a non-profit organization established in 1986 with the purpose of promoting the hobby of model railroading and to perform and encourage educational, social, civic, and charitable activities as they may relate to model railroading.

Bedford Boomers - The Bedford Boomers are an informal modular railroad group with roots in southern New Hampshire. They actually have members in all six New England states as well as New York, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Their modular layout consists of individually constructed and owned modules that range from scale reproductions of prototype areas to dragons and Viking long boats.

Concord Model Railroad Club - As a club, they have been working to build an operational, sectional HO scale layout depicting the B&M's "Northern" main line from Concord, NH to White River Junction VT.

Up next will be the clubs in New Jersey, New Mexico and New York.
